This is a plain-language summary for the current pre-launch stage of Jorts by Jordy. It will be expanded before any real commerce launches.

What we collect

If you reserve a size, we collect the information you enter: email address, first name, country, and the product/size you selected. If you sign up for drop alerts instead, we collect only your email address.

What we don't collect

We never ask for payment details, card numbers, billing addresses or shipping addresses on this site. No inventory exists yet, so there is nothing to ship and nothing to charge.

Why we collect it

Reservation data is used only to gauge demand for Drop 001, decide what to produce, and email you when the drop actually opens. Country is used in aggregate to understand regional interest, not to route shipping.

How it's stored

This site's reservation and newsletter forms are built to submit to a backend endpoint that has not been connected yet (see the site's FORM_ENDPOINTS configuration in the page source). Until that endpoint is live, submissions are not transmitted anywhere — they're only logged locally in your own browser console. Once a real endpoint is connected, this page will be updated to name the specific service used and how long data is retained.

Sharing

We don't sell or share reservation data with third parties. It's used solely by Jorts by Jordy to plan Drop 001.
